2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
3 orange-fleshed sweet potatoes/yams
1/2 cup apple juice
1/4 cup raisins
pinch cinnamon
pinch ginger

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Peel & cube the sweet potatoes. Place ingredients together in a covered casserole dish & mix. Cover & bake about 45 -60 minutes until tender.
Serving Suggestion: Serve hot.

Serves 4. 1/2 cup per serving.
