1 cup instant jasmine rice
1 can black beans, drained & rinsed
1 can diced tomatoes, no-salt
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon cumin

Combine all ingredients in a medium microwave container. Cover & microwave on high for 12 minutes. Stir.
Serving Suggestion: Serve hot.
