1 cup each: diced apples, onions & celery
1 Tbsp trans-free margarine
3 cups cooked jasmine rice
1 cup broth

Sauté the apples, onions & celery in the trans-free margarine. After about 3-5 minutes they are soft, add the prepared stuffing, cooked rice & broth. Combine & place in covered casserole or baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 ºF.
Serving Suggestion: Serve Hot.

Serves 16. Each serving: 1/2 cup.
