6 medium potatoes (2-1/4 pounds)
6 Tbsp parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp dried minced onion
1-1/2 cups skim milk
1 Tbsp corn starch
1 tsp garlic powder
pinch nutmeg
pinch or more of black pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse potatoes. Peel 1/2 of the potatoes then thinly slice. Arrange potatoes in a large bake proof casserole dish. Mix the remainder of the ingredients in a bowl then pour over potatoes. Bake uncovered about 1 hour until potatoes are tender.
Serving Suggestion: Serve hot.

Serves 6. 1 cup per serving.
