7-oz. can no salt pink salmon with bones
3 Tbsp nonfat mayonnaise
2 cups dark green lettuce
2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
1/2 cup diced cucumber
1/4 cup sliced green onion
Toss salmon, cucumber, mayonnaise & green onion together in a large mixing bowl. Refrigerate up to 6 hours.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve the salmon salad on a bed of lettuce garnished with tomatoes.
