12 ounces fresh or frozen cranberries
2 large apples, diced
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup apple juice
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup dried minced onion
pinch cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer. Cook on low heat about 10 minutes until the apples are tender.
Serving Suggestion: Serve hot or cold.

Serves 10. 1/2 cup per serving.
