1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1-1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/3 cup walnuts chopped
1/3 cup non-fat yogurt
1/2 cup red peppers, chopped
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Whisk yogurt, oil, vinegar & sugar together in large mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients & mix thouroughly.
