4 cups skim milk
2-1/2 Tbsp. instant coffee
1-1/4 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1-1/4 Tbsp. sugar

Place 1 tablespoon instant coffee, tablespoon cocoa powder & tablespoon sugar into each large glass mug. Add some milk to make a paste & then slowly add the rest of the milk for 1 cups of milk per mug. Stir. Microwave 2 minutes per mug or until very hot being careful not to boil. Stir & serve.
Serving Suggestion: Nonfat whipped cream & a pinch of cocoa powder.

Serves 4. 1 cup per serving.
