1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup fresh or canned pineapple chunks
Place yogurt & fruit in large plastic bag, flatten & freeze overnight. Combine fruit, yogurt, & juice in food processor or blender & blend smooth. Serve immediately or place back in the freezer to harden up to 1 hour, stir.
Serving Suggestion:
Stir before serving.
