15 oz. can stewed, diced tomatoes with onions & green peppers
10 oz. can kidney beans, drained & rinsed
3 cups frozen Italian style mixed vegetables
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
1 cup chicken broth, lowfat & low-salt
1 tsp. each: thyme, garlic powder, & oregano
1 bay leaf
1 cup dry macaroni
Add all ingredients to large, covered microwaveable container. Microwave on full power for 12-15 minutes until pasta is tender.
Stir often.
