26 oz jar pasta sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 penne, dry
1 teaspoon virgin olive oil
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried oregano
3/4 cup cubed organic chicken breast

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
Heat olive oil in a large frying pan & heat over medium high heat. Saute onion & garlic until golden brown, add carrots, saute about 3 minutes. Add broth, pasta sauce, chicken & oregano. Cook until chicken about 5-6 minutes.
Serving Suggestion: Serve hot.
