15 oz. can white cannelini beans, drained
2 cups dry penne pasta
2 cups pasta sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/2 onion, sliced
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain.
Spray a large frying pan with vegetable oil cooking spray & heat over medium-high heat. Saute the garlic until lightly golden. Add the rest of the ingredients & bring to a boil. Cook until the onions are tender.
Serving Suggestion: Toss pasta with sauce.
