4 Tbsp toasted almond slivers
2 Tbsp flavored vinegar
2 cups green beans, frozen, thawed
1 cup canned black beans, drained
1 tomato, cored chopped
1 Tbsp virgin olive oil
1/2 red pepper, chopped
1 tsp Italian seasoning mix
Toss all ingredients except almonds in a medium mixing bowl. Refrigerate up to 1 day.
Serving Suggestion: Top with almond slivers.
