4 bananas, peeled
4 pinch's ground nutmeg
1-1/2 cups skim milk
1-1/2 cups plain nonfat yogurt 1/2 cup ice
1/4 teaspoon rum extract

Add all ingredients (except the nutmeg) to a blender or food processor. Puree until smooth. Pour into 4 glasses & top off with a pinch of nutmeg.

Serves 4 - 1 cup per serving.
