1/2 pound asparagus
balsamic vinegar to taste
virgin olive oil to taste
pinch or more of black pepper
Place asparagus on toaster oven pan. Broil in toaster oven about 5 minutes until tender.
Place on plates & sprinkle with vinegar, oil & pepper.
Serving Suggestion:
Use oil sparingly, 1/2 teaspoon per person.
