8 cups water
4 cinnamon sticks, broken in half
3 lemon slices
2 apples, cut in thin wedges
2 orange slices
2 cloves
2 tea bags
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Put all ingredients except tea bags into a crock-pot & cook on high for 3 hours. Turn the heat to low. Add tea & briefly allow to steep. Strain.
Serving Suggestion: Serve hot.
