1-1/2 cups jasmine rice
3 cups water
1/4 cup ground raw almonds
pinch granulated garlic
1 tsp dried parsley
pinch or more of black pepper

Rice cooker: Place all ingredients in a rice cooker & put the switch on cook. Cook about 30 minutes until the water evaporates.

Microwave: Place all ingredients in a large, covered, microwave-safe dish. Microwave on 3/4 power for 33 minutes.
Serving Suggestion: Fluff cooked rice with a fork.

Serves 6. Each serving: 3/4 cup.
