  • Less bone loss, lower cholesterol, less back pain, and increased strength were achieved
  • Two hour-long group workouts and 2 half-hour home sessions/wk were performed, and jumping exercises, including jumping rope, were added..

    Jumping can increase bone strength. Ask your doc if you can include it in your program
