    LONG TERM TRAINING GIVES BETTER RESULTS

    Summary:

  • Women in their 20’s, some new and some experienced in weight training, were studied
  • All were assigned to do 7 exercises of 10 repetitions, a muscle building protocol
  • Growth hormone response was greater in the experienced group

    Conclusion:
    Long term training seems to lead to better strength and muscle response, so it’s worth sticking to your training.
