I have gained over 20 pounds in the last 2 years and especially my breasts embarrass me. I read a bodybuilding trainer claim that a woman's breast is nearly all fat and with adequate exercises most of that fat can be burnt. All women bodybuilders seem to have small breasts. What exercises help?

Thanks for adding more information, Remy. I's like to add to my response to your forum input. Female bodybuilders tend to have small breasts because they have a low percentage of body fat overall. You need to concentrate on losing that 20 pounds and your breasts will reduce in size accordingly. Cut back a bit on whatever you eat too much of, and start a good cardio program--walking/running/skating/biking, etc.--30-60 minutes 3-5 days a week. Add some basic weight training 2 days a week and you should see results soon. See also our archived article on spot reducing.
