Achieving Results
Why workout or exercise if you are not going to achieve the results you want? Just lifting weights or walking on the treadmill at the gym will not ensure that you get into the shape you may be seeking. How then do you achieve the results you desire from being active?
It may seem all too obvious, but many people start or continue exercising without ever taking the time to know what they really want the workouts to help them achieve. Without being too general, decide on realistic goals for where you want to end up as a result of your activities.
