More than just another workout
Health and fitness are inherent parts of our everyday lives. If you are not concerned about your health, you know someone who is. At some points in your life, you consider bad habits, good habits, things you should change, things you will change, new plans, etc., often ending with mixed results that provide less than desirable outcomes.
Due to our own impatience and lack of satisfaction with the current speed of almost everything, we often imprison ourselves with short-sightedness. Taken advantage of again by what we later find were more promises in the wind and leaving us overwhelmed when we contemplate how long it may take and/or how much work will be required.
