Summary:
A 14 year study starting in 1980 assessed over 80,000 women with no previous history of heart disease, cancer or diabetes.
Folic Acid and Vitamin B6 were taken through both naturally occurring sources in diet and with supplements
The results suggest that folate and vitamin B6 taken above the RDA (recommended dietary allowance)
may play an important roll in the prevention of coronary heart disease among women.
