    Bright Colored Produce May Reduce Arthritis

  • Those with polyarthritis had lower intake of antioxidants found in brightly colored fruits and vegetables
  • Another study found that people with the highest intake of vitamin C were less likely to develop polyarthritis than those with low intake

    Conclusion: Brightly colored fruits and vegetables such as oranges or fresh orange juice, bell peppers, or pumpkin may lower risk of developing polyarthritis
