For as long as most of us can remember, health experts tout the Holiday season as a time of year when we should try not to overdue it, watch how
much we eat & drink, and concentrate on healthy alternatives. To a degree, I
agree, but come on now. One benefit of regular exercise and watching what
you eat is that you can splurge once in a while.
While with friends, family & loved ones be sure to be safe as you enjoy
yourself if your normal, healthier routine takes a short dive. As a healthy
minded & active person, you deserve that. If you don't generally exercise
or don't tactfully choose healthier foods, then change so you can have a
great time with us not worrying about it!
