MORE of me... |
Like many
athletes I was content to win, and didn’t worry about my "training table appetite". I would often eat things that I
really didn't need, but always burnt it off by exercise. My freshman year at high school, I was wearing a size 10 at 5'7"
and was weighing at 148 pounds. I was satisfied with the way I looked in my clothes. I was always considered "big" by
all my friends. Most of my friends were not muscular and barely tipped the scales at 105 pounds. They weren’t
playing sports or into fitness.
