I have a two week scheduel.. 1st Monday I start out with step
aerobics-always starts my week right... Tuesday I do Lower body after they have
warmed and stretched from the previous aerobic workout.. Wednesday is an off day
or a trade day if I am too sore from Monday I will skip till wednesday..
Thursday I do a full body step aerobic.. Friday I do Upper body and heavy abs..
(Every workout I usually do light abs..) Saterday/Sunday are my open days for
rollerblading or bike riding
