Gymstick

Gymstick solves the problem of what to anchor those elastic bands to. You attach them to your Gymstick. Gymstick was developed in Finland, became popular in Europe, and is working its way to the U.S. Gymstick solves some of the problems of working out with elastic bands. You can do lots of exercises, move quickly from one to another, and choose a resistance that is challenging even to an athlete. You can get a good lower body workout, which is hard with conventional bands. You still have problems with the strength curve of bands (hardest at the end), but you can get some-to-a-lot of strength improvement (depending on where you start), good muscle endurance, and work balance and coordination. You won’t get a high level of aerobic fitness with just this equipment, but you can use it for circuit training. The Gymstick is versatile and portable, and you can have a lot of fun with it.
