Beef and saturated fats increase production of testosterone, but not significantly. Beef contains zinc. Zinc deficiency is one reason why some do not produce normal amounts of testosterone. Moreover, a deficiency in cholesterol and saturated fats also does the same thing. Make sure you have a well rounded diet with some saturated fats and cholesterol, along with zinc.

Studies have shown that sex also increases testosterone levels.
