loading creatine is a waste of money

The myth of the benefits of creatine loading was perpetuated for one reason; to sell more creatine.
There are extremely few good reasons to load creatine. Even if you load, after a few weeks of going down to the 5g. maintainence dose, you are at the same muscle creatine levels as if you had started out and continued with 5g. per day.
The same holds true for taking creatine after your workout. Unless you are doing two-a-days, there is no reason to take a second dose of creatine after the one 5g. serving taken an hour before your workout.
