I have been taking creatine on and off for 4 yrs now. I've read some of these posts and have laughed my butt off! Some of you guys are clueless. Listen. Everytime I load it I have to go through 3 days of diarrhea. During this time I make sure I'm out of school, work, etc... But the gains are tremendous! Creatine does not equal pimples, acne, etc... You probably never really busted a sweat until you've loaded up on it. It puts ATP (basic energy for the muscle) while saturating water within the muscle fibers. You can really tear down some muscles when you're on it (You're body builds them up at night w/ good sleep, good supplements "nutrition", and adequate supply of H20). Now once you've completely torn down your muscles your testosterone (hopefully-natural) increases dramatically throughout your body- meaning pimples, breakouts, possibly acne. To lessen the effect, make sure to carry a clean towel around every work station you go to. Also shower immediately after working out. Watch your foods- fries, burgers, enchiladas! You can also take a couple of supplements for the diarrhea. So for all those who'd like to look their best this summer give it a chance.
