I would like to know more about Creatine.
I had buy it 2 weeks ago. But I am not really sure to use it. I heard something that people who take creatine becomes impotent.
The Creatine i have is from OPTIMUN NUTRITION CAROL SPRINGS FL and it is aproved by OTC(over the counter) Is it a good one?
