Creatine is a natural supplement, it is not a testosterone, that is andro. It will dehydrate you, so drink alot of water, I recently heard it was bad for your liver, but so is alcohol. I have also read research that you will get more out of creatine in the long run if you do not load up. It is a tiresome fact, so just trust me I have been doing it 4 a couple years and it worked pretty well with out loading. I would recommend glutamine with creatine, cuz it will kill the cramping. Glutamine hydrates you. MENTAL NOTE, those who do drink alcohol and do creatine never do the both in a period of a hour or two. I did and my arm cramped so bad, that I couldn't move it for a day, Do not take asprin, motrin, what ever, any medicine, right after you take creatine, never mix drugs or supplements with it. It can cause a severe allergic reaction, my friend did so and was in the hospital for a week.. Though everybody's body works different I would watch out for those two. Do not mix with Andro, it will cause severe problems, both mentally and physically. Heart problems, liver, vomiting, it is not pretty. If you don't do alcohol or an asprin or andros at the sametime...creatine is well worth it. Do not drink it with any citric acids or colas, oj, juices, etc, it will not be bad, it just will not work as effect when you down creatine and soda, or juice at the same time....use water. I also heard from a Sports Medicine Ed guy that is works best when u take it right after your workout. Other than that I would suggest creatine 4 all athletes or body builders, whatever, if taken
