I hope you know somethings already of Creatine. But onething is sure if you you use to much you're pees doesn't grown while you're muscles do. That's the only side effect of creatine. But the rest it's a body-supplement who's already in you're muscles, it will be used if you sport, so you can have a little bit more power and stamina, cause creatine is a supplement what is needed for to give muscles the power, example fitness you can pump you're self up faster to a higher level with creatine, but don't drink it wit milkeggs, that will put the works of creatine down. Just eat it with koolhydrates example tea with sugar
