Ok. I hear everyone talking about eating smaller servings, less calorie intake, BUT WHEN AND HOW MUCH??? When do I eat the smaller servings? How many calories do I have to eat? I'd love to lose all this fat I've got.And, I also have love handles I wanna lose. I read the one about the 15 year old kid, but I've spent tons of time waiting them to leave? What do I do know? Any exercises or soemthing? Thx a lot.
