I started on the road back to 'figure model' shape (sculpture, drawing, etc. I used to earn a living at, weighing 172. I've gone from 268 to 213 since May of last year, using Herbalife High-Protein/Low Carbohydrate products, and wouldn't recommend anything else because of the complete balanced nutritional support. I have two shakes a day (breakfast and lunch) and two 12gam[protein] snacks, then a regular dinner..
