Lean Body for Her is just a smaller version of Lean Body, and Myoplex Lite is just a smaller size of Myoplex.
You just pay a bit more per gram for the smaller sizes.
If you're stuck on one of those two brands, buy the bigger serving sizes, and take 2/3 of the packet. It's a lot cheaper way to get the same thing.
Take a look at SNS Fast Food as an alternative, and SNS Lean Machine is a similar concept with added Creatine, Glutamine, and Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM.
