What are good meal replacements?

I would like to start using meal replacement shakes after I work out but I'm having a hard time deciding which to choose. I think I have it narrowed down to Labrada Lean Body for Her or Myoplex Lite. I would like to lose between 5-10 lbs. of flab but also gain some light definition. Do you have any recomendations? I tend to get bloated easily too so if either of those has such a side effect please tell me. Thank you very much.
