If you ask your OB/GYN, he/she will tell you to stop taking the Hydroxycuts. That may or may not stop your negative reaction, if it is in fact the OC (oral contraceptive) that is causing it.
There is a possibility that the two are interacting. Unfortunately, physicians are going to be biased against supplements, even if the primary cause of your problem is actually from the OC. So, you can't get an objective answer from anyone.
It's up to you to decide if the negative side effects are worth taking both, or the weight gain from the OC is worth getting of cramps, or the cramps by not taking the OC is offset by the weight loss with the ephedrine/caffeine supplement.
The only other element to this is, are you eating enough? Low blood sugar symptoms could be caused by not having enough BLOOD SUGAR!
Make sure you are not actually causing the problem before you eliminate one or both of the products.
