Your planned product use may work for you; I would recommend a couple of ways to best take advantage of it.
If you limit your carbs all day long, you'll run out of energy and limit your muscle growth. Eat complex carbs during the day and cut back on them only late in the day.
Use creatine only on hard days, about one hour before the workout.
You don't have to have a lot of fiber in the protein powder or meal replacement you use; you can get that separately, really inexpensively (SNS Fiber is an example).
GH Releasers may help speed recovery and fat loss, when taken immediately before bedtime. Don't take them too early before bedtime, or you may not be able to sleep normally. Many people use Arginine/L-dopa products to increase workout intensity, by taking them about an hour before workouts.
Take a look at the SNS products that fit the categories you are trying to fill-
For low sugar, low fat meal replacements, check out Fast Food or Lean Machine (already has creatine in it). Our Whey Protein is one the best tasting, easy to mix, and affordable quality wheys on the market.
GH Machine is the only GH releaser available on the market, as far as I know, that contains the two clinically proven elements for GH release stimulation; L-Arginine and L-Dopa.
Instead of HMB, try branched chain amino acids (BCAA); everybody who has switched from HMB to SNS Anticat BCAA reports better results, at a much lower price. After all, HMB is made from Leucine, one of the BCAAs.
