the type of weightlifting i have been partaking in has been targeting biceps, triceps, shoulders and forearms. i do this at home with dumbbells. i am thinking of buying a bench so i can work chest and a few other areas, but it has been suggested that i could try working the larger muscles in the body (legs, back) and so forth to help build good fat burning muscle.
