Your albuterol and your synthroid both act in many ways as ephedrine does, so that's out. Unfortunately, all supplements touting appetite suppression contain either ephedrine or synephrine or similar compounds.
You really shouldn't have an appetite problem while you take those medications, unless you are just bored, and not really all that hungry.
You need to train yourself to eat only when you are really hungry, and only enough to be not hungry (not eating until full). You will be eating a lot more times per day, and you will regularly feel a little hungry at times. That doesn't mean you have to eat, and it certainly doesn't mean you have to eat a lot.
You have some behavior modification work to do. You will need to come up with tricks to play on yourself when you would normally grab a snack.
One of my favorites is to simply walk around the block whenever I want a snack. I tell myself that I can have some of it, after the walk. Then, when I have gotten out and done a little exercise, I find myself not really wanting the thing to eat as much as I did before.
I don't think you need an appetite suppressant; I think you need to change your eating schedule and work on not eating as much at a time, and teaching yourself how to stand being hungry a little more.
