I am slightly overweight and would like to loose fat/weight. Would this product help me, as i am already excercising and eating healthier and the pounds just seem to be staying there. Also would i be able to get this product form a drug store/health food store, i.e. do you only mail your products out to customers or do you sell them in stores.
