Since yohimbe acts as a MAO inhibitor, it is not recommended to be taken with ephedrine/caffeine thermo products. The warning label on the ECA product (Fat Fighter does so) should indicate this contraindication.
Many people do it anyway, since yohimbe, ephedrine, and caffeine have a synergistic effect.
While it may work, it increases the risk of negative side effects in people who have known or hidden conditions.
