The question that comes to my mind when faced by these questions is "If you're not sure it works or works well, why the hell did you buy it in the first place?" Shortly followed by the "If you don't know how to use it, why did you buy it?" question.Buying something when you don't know anything about it is a recipe for disaster. Imagine if people commonly did that with guns or something equally dangerous. (I realize there are people who really DO buy guns that way, but not the majority of gun owners in my experience)
