This is a forum, and I answer a lot of questions about lots of brands of products. I do it for two reasons; I like to help people decide which supplements may help them, and I want them to know about SNS supplements as an alternative to other brands.
Here's my beef. You bought a brand of what probably is a ephedrine/caffeine thermo product, because it was a "steal of a deal". Now, you want someone to tell you how to use it. Why didn't you ask the company who sold it to you?
Is it because you don't trust them? Is it because they couldn't answer your question? Is it because there was no one available to answer the questions, because the place you bought it from was a guy working out of his garage?
Think about it; if you sold supplements, and somebody came to you and asked you how to use your competitors product, how would you react?
If you were asking questions about my products and about competitive products, to gather information about which one to buy, I would have no problem, even if you ended up buying the competitor's.
You bought a cheap product, and are getting what you paid for; poor service and no information. Good luck.
