About two years ago I lost around 40 pounds. I do a regular ab work out, but am not seeing any results. I have a little bit of fat on my stomach, and sides I would like to loose. What is the best way to get rid of that? I have heard running is the best way, but others tell me lifting is better. I currently do both. I have stopped drinking pop, I rarely drink beer anymore, and have cut back on what I eat. I try and avoid eating real late too. Are these methods helping me or not? I also am wondering the best way to eat better to help retain my new weight. I go to college, and the food isn't very healthy.
