Hi Chris. Thanks for the advice. I do upper body weight training every other day. I do yoga two to three times per week, and I try to do something aerobic 5-7 days per week for about 25 minutes. Actually, I have weaned off of my Depakote now, trying to see if that will help, and strangely, my appetite has seemed to be even bigger! Maybe that will be a short-term thing. I will probably have to re-start my Depakote due to my migraines, however. Thanks again!
