Creatine is essentially a natural muscle building supplement which works by decreasing fatigue and pumping up your muscles by adding water to them, thus creating the effects of dehydration. I could go into a lot of deatail and spend about 2 hours explaining to you what it is and what it does but that's basically what it is. The most common side effects are dehydration, gastro-intestinal problems (gas and other related fecal problems) but in most cases are minor. Especially during the loading period side effects are more prevalent. Personally i've been taking creatine for almost 4 years and i've been studying it for about 1 year. So i'm not an expert on it but i can help you out a lot with basic questions and even some in depth ones to. So feel free to e-mail me with any questions you have and i'd be glad to help you out. -Rick
