I'd like to shape and tone my muscles - and burn off my (25%+) body fat percentage.In order to do this, I'd like to set some specific goals such as:
14% body fat percentage,
X inch bicepts,
X inch chest,
X inch waist
etc.I've looked at several books on weight training and none give specifics on:
how to set the goals (what is reasonable for what I'm trying to accomplish),
how to get there (Free weights or machines and SPECIFICALLY, how much weight do I start lifting initially, how much should I end up at in order to maintain the body I want).Can you recommend a book that will help me to customize my own fitness program that will give me the spcifics that I am looking for???
